Description :

Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana is a government backed accident insurance scheme in India. The Scheme is available to people in the age group 18 to 70 years with a bank account who give their consent to join / enable auto-debit on or before 31st May for the coverage period 1st June to 31st May on an annual renewal basis. Insurance Cover of Rs.200000.00 to primary bread earner of family.

Eligibility:
People (Indian Resident or NRI) aged between 18 to 70 years With active Savings Bank Account.

Documents Required:
1. Fill and submit this form at your bank where you hold your savings account. 2. Aadhar Card – In case the applicant’s Aadhaar card details are not linked to the stated savings bank account, the applicant will have to submit a copy of the Aadhaar card. The same will have to be accompanied with the application form.
